Review of Cold Stone Creamery

After consulting the nutrition/allergen menu and going to other Coldstones, we went in and confidently ordered for my son and me. The server rudely told us “nothing here is gluten free.” I explained to her we had looked at their website and there were safe items and asked if they had unopened ice cream in the back to serve from so there wasn’t risk of cross contamination. She told me they had “no ice cream frozen” and continued to be rude. I had to explain to her what would make our order celiac safe, and she very grumpily prepared it. I would not visit this location.
