April 14, 2013I was so happy when the waitress handed me the GF menu. It was bound in a leather holder like the other menus & had lots of options. I hate those dirty, stained one-sheet menus with three items. I was surprised again when the waitress brought me a GF roll with the other bread (on a separate plate of course). It was nice to be treated to a normal dining experience. I ordered the short rib risotto (after taking my lactose pill) found the dish amazing!! Wow! I ordered the barbera wine, also amazing. The best parts of my experience is that I didn't get sick or have any symptoms the next day ( I'm really sensitive) & the experience & food were "normal." I didn't feel like a leper.

I ate there on March 2013. Food was exceptional. Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten and great selection. Please try this for your next Adventure

By far the largest gluten free menu that I have seen in a restaurant. wait staff has to fill out an allergen card for every meal. wonderful experience!

I went to Cooper's Hawk on Sunday, 6/2/13 based upon the reviews in this app. They have an extensive GF menu, nice wait person. He explained the process. In order to receive your dish, two upper level management has to sign off and it is brought to you separate from the order. The issue I had was I reviewed the main menu to the GF menu to see the difference. When my dish was brought to me, it was from the main menu, not the GF menu. They didn't have a clue, when they signed off on the order why didn't they look at the GF menu? I became quite nervous!!! They took it back and brought out the correct dish, and provided me with a free dessert from OMG It's Gluten Free. Dinner was good, I had Seared Salmon, but was a lil disappointed in their carelessness.

Had the potabella mushroom and roasted red pepper on a gluten free bun, switched out mayo with avocado to make it veganish. Came with a side of fresh fruit. Highly recommend. A little pricy, but so nice to eat kind of normal.

They had a very large gluten free menu that was pretty impressive. They offered Gf buns and even a Gf brownie. The food was delicious, however, I did get very sick afterwards. Great intentions, but I think the wait staff needs to be further educated.

Warm gluten free bread while you wait for your meal made my day. Got the burger which used the same bread so was a little too much of the same thing and tasted very salty for some reason but overall was good nonetheless. Had to go for the gf brownie dessert since I pretty much never get to have dessert at a restaurant...absolutely delicious. Ginger lemongrass tea is amazing too. The gf menu is beyond impressive. It doesn't just say which items on the regular menu are gluten free, but they actually make separate gf versions of many of the entrees. With such a massive gf menu I was surprised they didn't have a gf beer. Great experience overall.

They had the best GF menu I have seen anywhere. So many more choices than most places, including a brownie for desert and buns for burgers and sandwiches. The staff was wonderful and proud to help with any questions I had regarding the menu.

Cooper's Hawk opened at Easton Town Center in Columbus on Monday this week. Imagine my excitement when I saw they offered a gluten-free menu and my first thought was "I have to try it immediately." So by Wednesday, I was eating there for the first time. Check out the size of this gluten-free menu.... They even have 5 gluten-free desert options! I told our waitress about my gluten allergy and she made sure the kitchen knew I was there. They brought out the pretzel bread for my dinner date and a gluten-free bun for me to try. We started with an appetizer of shrimp wrapped in bacon - delicious. The shrimp were large and I easily got 2-3 bites out of them. Dinner was the pepper jack, bacon cheeseburger - the bun was a little much for me since I already had one when we first got there so I ended up eating the burger naked. There were several sides I could select from and I ended up with Mary's mashed potatoes. I got a gluten-free brownie to take home and shared it with my husband. It was simply delicious. Light, fluffy and moist! The manager even came out after my meal to make sure everything was ok and I enjoyed my meal. He explained the gluten-free process and that they are very sensitive to cross contamination and pride themselves on making safe gluten-free experiences for their guests. After this tasty meal, I decided to bring my family last night to try something new on the menu. They've already been to all the places around us to eat so it was a great change for them to try something new. Last night's meal blew the lid off of any other gluten-free meal I've had at other places. Wildfire Chicago is a close second to this dish. I decided to try something totally new and went with the short rib risotto and it was best decision I've ever made. The meat was tender, moist and fell apart with my fork into the risotto. The sauce was incredible and the truffle oil on top with parmesan shavings tied everything together perfectly. We ended the meal with some chocolate covered strawberries. They were ok, not the best but then again it's hard to compete with Godiva strawberries. I just didn't think they were ripe enough before being covered in the chocolate. I do have one comment about the restaurant - we had reservations at 7:30pm. While we didn't wait longer than 5 minutes for our table, imagine our confusion when they were quoting people a 2-3 hour wait for a table and then there were at least 10-15 empty tables in the dining room when we were seated. Maybe it was lack of staff, but it was strange in my book.

Absolutely amazing! We had our wedding reception here and they were super accommodating for both me as the bride and my GF guests. Ask for the GF bread to start and the GF menu. You won't believe how many options they have! Dana's Parm or the fillet mignon are my favorites. Enjoy the GF brownie or chocolate dipped strawberries for dessert. Bonus: their wine is outstanding! I recommend the blueberry :)

eat here all the time. By far the best Gluten free menu I've seen. The food is plentiful so don't know what other request are talking about. The price is worth it in my opinion. You get what you pay for and this place is quality. If you want a ton of food for a few bucks then take your cheap butt to McDonald's

I have to have hand it to them they have a large venue of food and desserts there could be much butter buns tears fall apart and crumbly . have had much better bread! very very pricey for how much food you get there . 10 or 11 dollars for just a salad and bread and not a very large salad . they do have a wonderful gluten free desserts . the only downfall is a crumbly bread and high prices be ready to pay . and if you're a man you're gonna leave hungry my husband was starved after .

Cooper's Hawk was always one of my favorite restaurants. The gluten-free menu made it to the top of the list! I just may join their wine club now! Both menus are phenomenal!

Cooper's Hawk has the greatest gluten free menu I've ever seen or tasted. The number of options they have, from complimentary bread to start to desserts makes you feel like you're ordering off the regular menu! My go-to place for a nice dinner out!
