I am a very sensitive Celiac and had absolutely no issues. The food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. They are extremely careful when you let them know the level of your sensitivity.

I came with 3 guests that are not gluten free.
I spoke with the waiter and requested the gluten free menu, and I ordered as an appetizer a Caesar Salad from the GF menu. My guests ordered potstickers from their menu. Their appetizer came, and mine finally came after they had finished their appetizer.
I began eating the salad, after taking two or three bites, I tossed the salad around in my plate and discovered croutons underneath! Needless to say, I was very upset. The manager was very understanding and accommodating, and as it turns out another customer was asking why their salad didn't have any croutons. So obviously, a mistake on the servers part. The manager tried to reassure me that it would not happen again (she said the GF menu items are in a separate area of the kitchen), but I lost all confidence, and we left the restaurant.
My night consisted of getting up and going to the toilet several times, and my morning has been horrendous, with 6 trips to the toilet so far. Seriously, just the fact that my salad leaves "touched" the crouton was enough to cause this much stress to my digestive system.
Very disappointed. I would highly recommend that they present GF items on a different color/shape plate, so that when the food arrives, we have more confidence in what is put in front of us. PF Chang's does that, and I've never had any issues with their food.

A huge gluten-free menu is available and the food is amazing. They even made me my own gluten-free roll. My husband had the steak and shrimp and it was delicious and I had the chicken piccata which was the best I’ve ever had. I also had Brûlé for dessert. They had several desserts you can pick from gluten-free as well. The best of the red wine if you like your wine less sweet. they were good about letting us try the wines before we bought a glass. The waitress was very friendly and the restaurant was nice and new looking. It is absolutely become my favorite restaurant here.

I usually love this place, and have never had an issue, but the most recent time I got glutened. There was a noodle mixed in with my meal, and then when I talked to the manager about it, he said that they boil all items together. So they boiled my green beans in with the regular pasta and other items. He said the water is so hot that it “cooks off the gluten”. There’s always a risk eating out, but be extra careful here!

This is the only restaurant where I feel completely safe ordering any item off their GF menu. And they have the most extensive GF menu in this area!

I have eaten at Cooper’s Hawk Annapolis many times over the years. I just ate there for the second time since my celiac diagnosis. The menu is extensive, and their recommended wine pairings are helpful. There is an actual physical gf menu. It has a number of good offerings. Last time the salad I ordered came out with croutons by mistake. The server was very embarrassed and said she threw it out herself and spoke with the chef. I appreciated the server’s concern. It was a good meal and evening.
Fortunately this time there weren’t any hiccups. The server said she marked my order “gluten allergy”, which would mean it would be cooked separately. The server brought me warm gf bread, a good Cabernet S., a kale caesar side salad and, for the main course, a Black and Bleu cheeseburger, grilled squash and fresh fruit. It was all delicious. I may join their wine club.
