Staff is knowledgeable. Menu is clearly marked for GF. The kitchen is flexible. And the food is very good. However, I am chili intolerant and it is hard to get correct information about that. Maybe I haven't found the right phrase, somehow a jalapeno or some cayenne isn't a chili pepper to many Texas wait staff.
I eat here frequently. They have amazing gluten free options. The staff I knowledgable and understand what you need. They have gluten free queso, chili relleno, and Dessert!
The house salad and dressing were awesome. Really fresh mixed greens, beets and jicama. The chicken flauta appetizer was delicious and the vegetable relleno was presented really well and tasted even better. The side asparagus and corn dish were phenomenal. The coffee was perfect as well. Not one bad thing
Most of the menu is gf including the chips. Amazing cheese flan! The only thing to be careful of is they do not have a dedicated fryer.
