Met friends here for brunch. They have a few items marked GF on their menu, but when I ordered and asked that the server let the kitchen know it is an “allergy” (celiac) the server came back and said that the owner and chef did not recommend that I eat anything on their menu. The items marked GF are ingredient only and there is apparently no effort or ability to prevent cross contamination. This was a first for me! Very disappointing, but we left and enjoyed a delicious (safe!) lunch at Verde Cocina. I would not return nor recommend to anyone with any food sensitivities.

Cute little place next to a nursery. Great atmosphere! While they don’t have many gluten free options, the servers were reliable and good about telling the kitchen about my allergy. I got the “breakfast nacho” which was great! A bit small and pricey but still good.
