We visited this restaurant after seeing their gluten free options for our son who has a wheat allergy.

When we arrived we were asked if we had any allergies, we informed them and we're told to order at the till.

The menu indicated which items were Gluten free however when I went to order the staff told me that all utensils were used for both gluten containing and gluten free items. She said the chocolate ladels would touch pancakes/waffles during cooking before them being put back in the chocolate.

I asked why they advertised products as gluten free on the menu if this was the case...I was told that the items were Gluten free but they could not guarantee no cross contamination! whilst most places can't guarantee no cross contamination...there certainly didn't appear to be any procedures in place to reduce the risk!

We had to leave as our son could not eat safely which was a huge disappointment

Went here for breakfast. Ordered the GF Berry bliss waffle with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, topped with raspberry coulis, white chocolate and whipped cream. I’ve missed bubble waffles and was so happy when I found this place, everything was delicious! Allergens and Gf items are marked on the menu, the staff took my allergy seriously and when I ordered the manager went through the menu with me and gave me a tablet with all ingredients and allergens. The bubble waffles are all gf and they keep the iron separate to avoid getting them contaminated. Several other desserts are gf like the brownies and chocolate cake!

The staff made very clear want was gf or not. Took out the allergen file to make sure the belgian milk chocolate was gf. The bubble waffle is so good

Made reservations for late evening. Ordered the GF bubble waffle with Nutella and strawberries along with a 'takeout only' special vietnamese iced coffee. Everything was delicious. All the bubble waffles are GF so it keeps the waffle iron from being contaminated. The main menu is marked for GF, but it's not marked for everything under the build your own that is GF, and there was an error with the cheesecake that they mentioned. Overall would definitely recommend and it's so nice to see a dessert shop that offers good GF options.

Lots of chocolate! The menu is labeled- options for bubble waffles, brownies, cake and lots of toppings. Hot chocolate can’t be verified GF because the home company won’t certify, but no gluten ingredients. I did Enjoy a white chocolate hot chocolate with no issues (celiac). Death by Chocolate cake is sharing wine for sure!!

Good size portions. Bubble waffles are great as is the ‘Death by Chocolate Cake’

They have gf bubble waffles with lots of toppings, gf brownies, and gf chocolate cake. All look amazing! The drinks are not marked as gf. The manager came out to speak with me about why the hot chocolates are not marked as gfree. They err on the side of caution since they cannot confirm with their supplier that it is not contaminated at the factory, however, an employee with celiac confirmed that she has not had any issues. All were knowledgeable about celiac and gluten and happy to address my concerns.
