The Club has significantly improved their GF experience! The (many) GF options marked everything on the menu and they offer GF bread for sandwiches. The waiter clearly had a way to note the allergy for the kitchen when I placed my order. I didn’t ask about whether they had a shared fryer.

I made it very clear to the waiter that I had celiac and could not be exposed to any gluten. When I asked if anything could be made gluten free, he remarked/joked "Everything has gluten" before going back to talk to the chef. I am a vegetarian as well which may have limited my options even more, but the only item he was able to offer me was stir fry with GF soy sauce. I expected rice and veggies, but it was a plate of just steamed vegetables. I asked if they had plain rice and the answer was no. Again, this would have been fine (if not ideal) as I know many places are not equipped for GF and vegetarian, except that as I was eating I found a noodle hidden in the vegetables. The whole plate was contaminated despite my being very clear about my celiac and explaining what it meant. I would not recommend this location to anyone with celiac or gluten intolerance.
