Review of Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe

Are here two days in a row for lunch. We had 6 people in our group (2 celiac) so it is easier to all eat gf. This is an extremely safe option. We discussed with the manager our needs and he ensured us that we would have a great experience. They have a dedicated area with employees that are trained about food allergies. They have a separate fryer for the fries and have great gf buns for the hot dogs, burgers and chicken sandwiches. It takes 5-10 minutes longer l, but it is worth the wait knowing that your dietary requirements are being handled properly. The team member that is in the dedicated space will bring the food out on green trays. Can’t speak highly enough about how Disney is with gluten free!
