I have gotten sick from cross contamination here twice. Once I had a chicken salad with corn tortilla and the second time I had just a chicken salad and still got sick.

They changed the gloves immediately! I ordered a plate of rice, chicken, cheese without tortillas because they cook the corn tortillas where they cook flour tortillas. Great service and good food!

I’ve had mixed experiences on how seriously the workers will take gluten-free precautions. Some are super on top of it, while others need better training.

The last time I went, the worker acted completely exasperated when I asked for gluten-free, resisted changing her gloves, and was rude to me the rest of time. It made me never want to go back.

They asked me if it was a preference or an allergy and the gentleman changed gloves and washed his hands and followed my food all the way through. The corn tortillas as kept separate from for tortillas.

One of the best gluten free fast-food places in StG and delicious! Ask them for a corn tortilla and they'll ask if it's for an allergy, change gloves, and then let the entire line know.

They go above and beyond to make everything safe and gluten-free. The only thing with gluten are he flour tortillas so it makes ordering very easy. I love their chips and queso and the raspberry chipotle chicken salad. The flan is to die for!

I had a delicious burger, served on gluten free toast. Dedicated fryer for the fries. There is no dedicated kitchen space (our server warned us in advance) but I had no issues. Lots of gluten free options.

Wow very happy I stopped and ordered the nachos. The staff is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I will definitely be back. Loved it. ❤

There are some possible chances for cross contamination, but the staff cared enough to pull a new bag of cheese for me and use only one hand for the other topping spoons, being careful not to touch gluten free stuff with that hand. Overall, this place could be scary if the staff weren't so great.

They are always so nice and knowledgeable about gluten containing items and trading precautions. This is my favorite place to eat because I can go there and eat without getting sick and I have tons of options

Very friendly and great tasting Mexican food. They are very knowable of gluten sensitivity and ALWAYS wash their hands and re-glove before making my meals. :)

Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Changed gloves and washed their hands without being told. They also let us “tweak” the side of chips to have melted cheese instead of having to order a huge order of nachos for a child.

Server immediately changed gloves and washed hands when I mentioned a gluten allergy, in addition, he pulled my tray from the back and used the serving counter in the back to prevent cc, and walked my tray himself through the rest of line, communicating with other team members that he had an allergy order. Very impressed with how he handled everything! Everything is gf except for the flour tortillas.
