I love Coyotes! My daughter lives in Greeley and it’s our #1 spot to hit for GF. They also own the Blue Agave in Denver and Ft Collins which are FABULOUS.

They claim gluten free options, but when the waitress asked me about “gluten free” she thought it meant dairy. I attempted to explain to her what it is and how severe celiac truly is and I still got extraordinarily sick. Would not recommend for Celiac

I have celiac and eat at Coyotes at least once a month. I have never gotten sick and the choices are wonderful. This is the place to go if you worry about what to eat when dining out.

Yes

The staff do not understand the difference between celiacs and GF diet. I got very sick from cross contamination. I've tried eating here on several occasions because the chips are supposedly fried in their own frier but each time I've gotten sick. I will not go back again. I've learned my lesson.

GF enchiladas del bayou and gf top shelf are safe choices. I reacted to the gf skirt steak. Maybe something in the sauce.

Recently (September 2015) new staff and management not as knowledgeable about GF. They served me the wrong rice with my GF meal (the Spanish rice is not GF) and after remaking the meal, the Tequila Lime Rice clearly had some Spanish rice mixed in. Spoke to the manager on duty and he told me that the rice was close together in the kitchen and must have gotten contaminated. That doesn't give me confidence to go back.

They have a gluten free menu and the staff is VERY knowledgeable!! Will be back soon!!

The food here was fabulous and how fun to be able to have chips. & salsa with the rest of my family and not be left out. Was even able to order sour cream. & guacamole to accompany the chips and as a side dish. I had the spicy line tacos and thought they were great.

They have about 10 items or so on their gluten free menu. Good variety too. Plus, they can alter most of their regular menu. I had the Caballero Tacos tonight and they were great! Their chips are 100% corn and fried in a dedicated fryer. Now they are working on offering GF adult beverages as well.

Great place!

The best gluten free menu! I enjoyed the blue corn enchiladas. Amazing!!!! Service was excellent. The only negative was that the restaurant was noisy but that was because they were so busy. Our waitress was very attentive. We will be back often!

love it here! Carne Asada is my favorite!
