Very good experience overall. I had to go back and forth with the waiter asking what could be done gluten free, because there is no info at all on the menu. I got the BLT with their in-house made gluten free bun, veggies, and the gluten free blondie from the bakery part of the restaurant. They said the gluten free baked goods are made on a totally separate fresh day in the kitchen. All the food was excellent, and I did not get sick.

I ordered a gluten free chicken burger with a Caesar salad, which they assured me could be made gluten free. About halfway through the salad, I found a crouton. The waitress apologized (it certainly wasn’t her fault) and brought me a new salad. I’d like to think that it just fell in and the rest were not plucked out because I didn’t see any crumbs. But still unacceptable, especially for someone who has celiac.

I have eaten here many times and never gotten sick. They offer GF buns for any sandwich or burger and GF pizza as well as tacos and nachos (however the taco sauce is not GF). Staff are always friendly and we have never had an issue here.
The chicken sandwich was great. Can’t have the fries but the roasted mixed veggies were great. I can’t have the omission beer but I liked the riesling wine.
Have been very pleased and will keep coming back.
I've eaten at Craft twice. Both times I got a sandwich and side salad. Each time the salad came out with croutons, but a new (double checked) salad was bright out quickly. The bread has poppy seeds, but doesn't have a lot of flavor.... nice to have the option, though. I've eaten the Cuban and the club sandwich. Both were okay. As always be very mindful of what you order (ie, garlic aioli is spread on regular sandwiches...ask to omit it from yours).
Gluten free buns and beer. Wish they had a gluten free menu.
