They did not have their normal menu so I had to ask about specific gluten free items. Our waiter was not super knowledgeable but made sure to ask every question I had. I got the craftsman burger on a gluten free bun, we just took off the onion rings. My husband got the cherry valley salad which was delicious. Overall a good experience, you may just have to press more to make sure they are understanding gluten free

As a celiac who is sensitive to cross contamination, eating while traveling is very stressful. I had both breakfast at this restaurant (they were able to prepare scrambled eggs & bacon & fruit) and dinner twice - all of which were 1) delicious (pork chop was beautifully cooked) & 2) safe. Additionally, the evening executive chef Craig took time to answer questions and completely put my mind at ease that I would eat safely. I am grateful to feel very comfortable after a meal and also satisfied.
