AMAZING. Separate prep area for gluten free options. I was there with a vegan and they accommodated her dietary needs as well. I felt super safe here and my Sweet and Saucy cauliflower crust pie was INCREDIBLE!!

The owners are amazing people, but their kitchen MAY NOT be Celiac safe.

They have GF crusts (cauliflower I believe) and they prepare them on a separate surface, cook them on pans BUT:

This is an establishment that uses flour (aka fluffy gluten)

That flour is airborne and CAN get on the surfaces. The do open new. Containers of the ingredients for GF requests.

They use one pizza oven and one pizza peel. GF pizzas are cooked at the same time in the same oven as regular pizza.

This becomes a question of your personal sensitivity. They do a great job trying to limit cross contamination, but it can still happen.

They do have some amazing vegetarian and vegan options as well.

Celiac safe! Separate gluten free prep area, they put your crust on separate tray in oven, they change gloves and apron, new pizza cutter etc. Love that I can also support a small local business at the same time!

Amazing! Cauliflower crust and separate preparation area. Staff is very attentive changes gloves and folds down flour covered apron. Cook on its own pan so it doesn’t touch anything else. Highly recommend!

The staff was very knowledgeable about allergies. I have gluten, nut and soy allergies and was able to enjoy a delicious pizza. Very friendly staff and great food.

Simply FANTASTIC. I live down the street and have come here multiple times. They have a DESIGNATED GF COUNTER AND TOPPINGS! They keep it completely covered until needed. Their crust is delicious and the owner is very aware of celiac/gluten issues.

I have Celiac and this was AMAZING! It is a create your own pizza place. They have cauliflower crust pizza & cook it in a dedicated space. Tons of dairy free & vegan items too. So cute! I will be eating here a LOT!
