The owners are amazing people, but their kitchen MAY NOT be Celiac safe.
They have GF crusts (cauliflower I believe) and they prepare them on a separate surface, cook them on pans BUT:
This is an establishment that uses flour (aka fluffy gluten)
That flour is airborne and CAN get on the surfaces. The do open new. Containers of the ingredients for GF requests.
They use one pizza oven and one pizza peel. GF pizzas are cooked at the same time in the same oven as regular pizza.
This becomes a question of your personal sensitivity. They do a great job trying to limit cross contamination, but it can still happen.
They do have some amazing vegetarian and vegan options as well.
