Stunning understanding of how to cook correctly, no lazy cooking wheat flour whatsoever in sauces or food, unlike almost all other Mexican restaurants in tri-cities, never understood why they all use wheat flour, never saw that in nyc where I lived before! Not this place, everything is gf and they made me a burrito with a gf crepe even! Amazing gluten free crepes as well!! Had a gf dessert crepe, delicious!
