They told me right away it wasn’t celiac safe bc of shared kitchen and where they make the crepes but once I inquired more they told me they would change gloves, clean the griddle and use clean utensils. She stressed I was still taking a risk but IMO I would live in a bubble if I only went to dedicated gluten free places and as long as they take every precaution they can then I am ok with that. The ham and cheese crepe was delicious and I didn’t get sick. Headed back again today!
