NOT celiac friendly!! I asked how their gluten free pizza is prepared and they make it on the same surface as their other pizzas. The bartender who was waiting on us said "there's a good chance the flour will get on your pizza but we cook it in a separate oven". My confidence was gone in that moment. The only thing that made me comfortable was that he told me cross-contamination was a very real possibility. I respected that. Please note, I did not eat the food since I was not comfortable that cross-contamination was not happening elsewhere.
