Bottom Line: They are NO LONGER a dedicated gluten free kitchen. They also use individual ingredients that aren't safe for Celiac.
Details: I have gotten food from Crisp Greens many times (often their weekly take home meals), and have had to decide that I can no longer continue to order from there. It used to be safe but now I'm finding that I'm getting sick every time I eat it. It's all incredibly flavorful and delicious so I wish this wasn't the case! Unfortunately they are no longer a dedicated GF kitchen, since they serve catering items with regular bread. They say they have a separate part of their kitchen for it, but I'm not sure that the gluten is being handled with care to keep it separate. In addition, I've also seen some of the individual ingredients containers that they use and some of the brands are not ones I would consider safe for people with Celiac.
