The only thing we could have that was both gluten and dairy free was a breakfast sandwich. The chef came out and spoke to us. She had to make new eggs that did not contain sour cream in them. You could have ham or bacon, egg, and a gluten-free bun. They changed their gloves and were very careful about cross-contamination.

Every breakfast sandwich is available with gluten free bread. I'm not sure if the GF bread is vegan though. They changed gloves but used a shared microwave to reheat the sandwich, so if you have Celiac you would have to ask a few more questions. Perfect for me though!

Franz, the chef, hooked us up!! I had heard that the Croissant Moon Bakery (just inside Islands of Adventure in Universal Park) had great coffee, but we discovered that for breakfast they can make two different gf breakfast sandwiches on gf buns: bacon, egg, and American cheese OR ham, eggs, and American cheese. We ordered 3 of the ham. They were huge, filling and we had no bad reaction. We also ordered a fruit cup. It was in an ample portion in a soda cup and was refreshing. Franz also made a huge breakfast platter for my husband, who is not celiac like we are, but he was disappointed they were out of their butter croissants, and, heart set on it, he did not really want the gf bun. To be fair, we did show up just at the end of breakfast time (10:15am), so they were sold out if most of their baked goods. So! Here is what Franz did special for my husband, unasked! He came out with a breakfast platter! Ham, bacon, scrambled eggs, cheese, salsa, and jalapeño pepper slices. It had no bread, so this would be an amazing option for people going low carb. He said it was delicious! And yes, the coffee was extremely good, too. Thanks, Franz!

We were having a very difficult time finding breakfast for my celiac son and had given up but needed to feed the rest of our family. We stopped in here and requested hot water for making him some oatmeal we had brought as a backup while ordering for everyone else. The chef came out. We explained our situation. She went to the back and made him bacon and eggs. He was so happy. He also got the gluten free brownie. For peace of mind after some bad experience over the last couple of days, we checked the bacon and eggs with the Nima sensor. All was good with no gluten detected. Highly recommend.

The workers were very nice and willing to accommodate my allergy. They changed their gloves and took other preventative measures to reduce cross contamination risks. I had a breakfast sandwich on a gf bun and it was good.

Went in and got the Brownie! It was separately wrapped and clearly marked. It was a nice tasty treat.

I was desperate for food as the place next door had a 45 minute wait and there very limited options for GF at Universal. I went in and asked if they had any gluten free options and they said they had GF buns and a GF brownie. I almost cried. They made me one of the best GF sandwiches I’ve had in a LONG time. They prepped separately, changed gloves, cleaned the space and it was so so good. The brownie was nice too. They even toasted the bun. I was overjoyed and so happy that I decided to write a review!
