Review of Crystal Beer Parlor

I’ve never been to a beer/burger/sandwich-style restaurant that was as well-equipped to respond to all food allergens, even celiac disease, as the Crystal Beer Parlor. They’ve got a bunch of dedicated fryers in the kitchen, and the staff is well-educated, not only on the allergens on their menu, but also on how to prevent cross-contamination. I don’t think I’ve ever felt safer in a restaurant that wasn’t completely GF, such as a Bibibop. Their burgers – with GF bun, of course – are delicious. I also recommend the Sweet Potato Waffle Fries.
