I got a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. They gave a gluten free bun in a separate bag. The sandwich is good. I was told the fries are not in a separated fryer so it’s been cross contaminated. I am not celiac so the fries are acceptable to me.

It tasted great with a separately packaged gluten free bun. They told me the fries might have gluten from cross contamination. I should have listened because I got very sick from eating this.

Love their GF burgers & always willing to accommodate! My favorite GF fast food place!
Love the burgers with the gf bun and the custard. One of the drawbacks is the fries are not celiac safe. Good as far as fast food option.
Yes
They scrape the grill and have gf bun for extra charge. No dedicated fryer. Ask them to change the scooper if you're getting custard.

Love the giant GF buns! My go-to fast food burger spot!

My favorite burger!!! GF BUN WITH THE MISHROOM AND SWISS...highly recommended!

The gluten free bun is so soft that if it weren't served in a sealed package I would have been convinced and panicking that they'd given me the wrong bun. Granted it's been a long time since I've eaten real bread so my perception might be off. Worth the extra dollar to be able to eat a burger like a civilized person.
The intent is exceptional, however, I find the GF bun to overwhelm the burger patty. You are eating ALL BUN. The bun does come in its sealed backache and appears to have been heated. That's where you also get a double edge sword. GF needs to be heated, but in Culver's case, the bun hardens quickly.
Culver's now carries Udi's buns and has an allergen list on its website. The bun comes sealed in its own package. The charge for the GF bun is $1. I ordered the children's meal and swapped the green beans for the fries. The child's meal comes with a coupon for a free small frozen custard. Celiacs will want to do their homework before visiting, but this gluten sensitive. person did not suffer ill effects.
While this would possibly work for someone that has a sensitivity. This is not a place you would want to eat if you are celiac . The fries are dropped in the same oil that everything else is. As if one time wasn’t enough, I had gone another time after and just got a chicken breast and sure enough , cross-contact and had touched gluten. Strongly advise against for celiac

They tried. Spoke to the manager, she took the proper steps notating my order and notifying the kitchen, and yet, here we are.
Bun came in its own packaging, so cross-contamination must have occurred.
Definitely not Celiac safe.
I eat at Culvers often when I am in Bowling Green and Somerset. When I order the Gluten Free they always ask if it is an alergen or a preference. The cook always changes gloves and I adore the heated bun in a separate package.

This Midwest style restaurant has incredible burgers and sandwiches! Salads can be made GF and they have great GF buns. As always let the staff know that you have an allergy and this is not a preference.
