Review of Culver's

We’ve tried the new location 3x, and every single time the order is wrong.

We love the options available - GF burgers with GF buns, fries, and a drink are what we ordered each time. We tried drive through and going into the restaurant. We even tried ordering on the app. Unfortunately, they are disorganized and inattentive. We received one order with regular buns after a very long wait for our food, so we had to wait all over again for the corrected order - while hearing them yell back and forth about it.

Bottom line: good options for a fast food place, decent food, but terrible service. It made me worry that the food was not safe, even once the order was corrected.
