Got a bratwurst without a bun, it was very good. They have a huge selection of sausages on their menu that are gf, and also have chips and German potato salad as sides that are also gf. Also, their condiments are gf also. Yummy food!

One of the employees has Celiac and read every label to make the mustard listings. It's amazing food.

Very good, and knowledge about eating gluten free. GF menu items are clearly marked, including the sauces. No gluten free buns available as others mention, but you can order without the bun. Also had the german potato salad which was good as well. Highly recommend!

Cured has amazing sausages. Ate there last week in Leavenworth. I got the Kielbasa without the bun, but with all the fixings like mustard, relish and sauerkraut. All their sausages are gluten free. I believe their Potato Soup is too, but you should ask. If you’re deciding between Cured or the sausage proprietor across the street—pick Cured!! It’s the best!

Amazing food and atmosphere. I got the chicken apple sausage with no bun and it was great! I’m very sensitive to cross contamination and felt great after! All the sausages are gluten free :) Definitely will be back!

All the sausages were gluten free (also packaged for sale to bring home) with gluten free potato chips and potato salad. The staff was really professional and concerned about allergies and gave special attention to ensure I had Celiac safe food. The condiments were clearly labeled (mustards are gluten free except for 4) and they also have sauerkraut, onions and relish.
