We had the best experience here from the time we ordered until the time we left! The man who took our order explained how the menu was set up. Anything with a “G” beside of it is gluten free. He immediately told the girl who made the ice cream that it had to be gluten free. She removed her gloves and went straight to the sink to wash her hands. There was a separate station used for it and she was kind enough to ask me if I wanted to watch her prepare it. After the ice cream was made, she asked what toppings and got them fresh from the back rather than the toppings at the front which could be cross contaminated. My sensitive celiac loved it and has had no reaction to it! We will definitely be back.
