This was one of the best experiences we have had. They prepared my daughter’s order in a clean and separate area. Then they pulled separate toppings from the back for her. Everyone seemed to be well trained to manage food allergies and in prevention of cross contamination.

We had the best experience here from the time we ordered until the time we left! The man who took our order explained how the menu was set up. Anything with a “G” beside of it is gluten free. He immediately told the girl who made the ice cream that it had to be gluten free. She removed her gloves and went straight to the sink to wash her hands. There was a separate station used for it and she was kind enough to ask me if I wanted to watch her prepare it. After the ice cream was made, she asked what toppings and got them fresh from the back rather than the toppings at the front which could be cross contaminated. My sensitive celiac loved it and has had no reaction to it! We will definitely be back.

The ice cream was tasty for the non Celiac, BUT when I mentioned celiac disease, the woman working the counter wasn’t aware of what it was and offered our celiac son a regular Oreo.

Delicious!! They have a separate area for anyone with gluten or dairy allergies and get ingredients from the back. Got the dairy free vanilla with strawberries and cherries. So good!

What a great experience! All gluten free (and vegan) options are clearly labeled. They use separate stations for allergies. Our server, washed his hands and put on new gloves. They didn’t use the regular toppings, and went in the back for fresh toppings. Couldn’t ask for more!

The guys were very kind about making sure there was no CC. They sanitized the cold plate and got all the toppings from the back. As the guy was making my ice cream, he asked me what Celiac Disease is so I explained it to him. Very expensive but safe for Celiacs.

Amazing! I am not only impressed with the quantity and quality of gluten free options, but the safety precautions taken to avoid cross contamination and the knowledge of all staff. Best experience I have EVER had with an ice cream place. 10/10 would recommend. From the start of it, the employees make sure to use fresh utensils, bowls, etc. and even get the requested items from the back to make sure there is no cross contamination.

Customer service was top notch. I got the chocolate ice cream with fresh strawberries, gummy bears, m&ms and peanut butter chips and it’s been over 30 minutes since I ate it with NO reaction whatsoever.

Menu clearly marks gluten friendly, vegan & other allergy options. The cashier was very attentive & clearly marked order as GF, but did make a point to say they are gluten friendly, and due to shared space can not say GF. They did pull ingredients from back room & prepped order on a separate space with new gloves/tools. Overall as confident as can be in a non-dedicated kitchen.

The ice cream cup was placed on a separate shelf and starred to designate GF. Staff changed gloves, used separate utensils and there was a separate preparation area! Toppings were pulled from back and whipped cream and caramel was in a separate refrigerator. They gave my daughter extra toppings and told her she was special. A great experience.

Had a wonderful time here! They have dairy free(vegan) options and gluten free options. The menu is well marked and easy to read. They took great care to make sure it was seperate and even got topping from the back to make sure it wasn't contaminated. They were so polite and friendly. I would definitely come back!

The staff immediately knew what celiac is. They explained their procedure and how they prepare allergy items in a dedicated area in the back and get all toppings and mix ins from the back to avoid cross contamination. I felt very comfortable that my food was safe. That said, it took me at least 20 minutes before I could eat my treat because it comes out so cold.

I was so happy to find this gem! It is in the same plaza as Publix and Jersey’s Mikes. There are a lot of GF ice cream and everything you order is prepared in a separate area. I can’t wait to return 😀
