this is an ice cream shop where they make ice cream on Frozen plates in front of you. They have the gluten free items clearly marked and they use a separate, dedicated to make the ice cream. They also they take all toppings from the back for gluten free ice cream. they also have vegan items marked. it was delicious and so fresh.
