I eat here often and have never gotten sick. The online ordering has boxes to check for gluten free and clearly identifies what option are gf. All gf items were labeled and put in a separate bag. They even had a container of labeled gf soy sauce. I love the chicken fried rice, egg foo young and special chicken.

Not gluten free. The GF menu is a set of guidelines and there was gluten (unsure if cross contaminated or in the food, but got sick, so there was definitely gluten).

Ordered gluten free chicken chow mein and it came with labeled gluten free soy sauce and labeled gluten free noodles. We were impressed by the separate gluten free menu and the separate packaging and labeling. Unsure about cross contamination.

They use MSG not good.

Not impressed. Blech. You know those places where good food is served, but then the g/f menu is the regular menu with all the good stuff not an option? That was my experience. Didn't help that the cook came from restroom w/o washing hands and still pulling up his britches. Eeewww.

Very good GF selection and taste. Friendly.
