A fantastic local business that treats every gluten-free order as if it were for celiac disease. There is no risk of airborne flour because they use RICE FLOUR as their bench flour and do not make any regular pizzas in house. Tasty gluten-free pizzas and dedicated fryers for wings. Dedicated Oreo areas, toppings, protocols. Wonderful friendly staff!
