Wow never had a dosa quite like this. Like a pizza, slightly spicy and just plain delicious. Highly recommend.

Server knew and understood celiac disease. Was very reassuring the whole team. Only gluten they have is the bread and it's kept separate.

I ordered the biryani, chicken dosa and rasmalai (dessert). I called ahead to check the gluten free options on the menu and I got very helpful and enthusiastic responses. On Uber eats they have a list of allergens that we can select to avoid, and on their website they state the types of foods that are gluten-free (although not stated directly on each item of the menu).
