Enjoyed a delicious meal here and didn’t get sick, but *almost* got glutened - so order carefully! When I told the guy at the counter I was celiac, he told me to get the build-your-own-hash and gave me the choice of either russet or sweet potatoes as the base. I went with russet, and also ordered a side of GF pancakes. At the time, we were the 2nd customers of the day, so I asked the man if he could make sure it wasn’t cooked on the same surface as regular pancakes - he did, but had it been later in the day or busier, I’m not sure if they could’ve done that as easily. When my food came, I excitedly took a bite and realized that the potatoes seemed fried…I asked the man if they were, he said yes, and I asked if they had a separate fryer, and he said no. I am VERY grateful they offered to remake it with the sweet potato base, which is cooked differently in its own pan, but beware when ordering!

Love eating breakfast with the locals! This gem has great hash with eggs anyway and protein. I enjoyed the combo breakfast with good GF pancakes.

Great clean food made from scratch. Many gluten-free options. Friendly service. A bit pricey but well worth it. Highly recommend.

Some of the BEST ever build your own hash bowls and really good Madagascar vanilla bean lattes! I notified the cashier about an allergy prep and they were very accommodating and mentioned being familiar with gluten free diets. This ended up being multi-day repeat location in our visit!

Delicious build-your own hash bowl. You order at the counter and they bring the food to the table. The person who took our order was super helpful, and took note that I had celiac so the kitchen would know to use safety measures. I also tried a gluten free pancake which was pretty tasty too!

The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable about gluten. The food is fresh, innovative and delicious! The Build a Hash” is very tasty and the gluten free pancakes are hearty, yet fluffy! It’s a little hard to find but worth it once you get there.

The gluten free pancakes and hash was good, but one of our servers wasn’t knowledgeable at all about their gluten free options. He told us it wasn’t gluten free, but when we talked to another server they clarified that it was. Food was good and gluten free, but the staff made it really confusing.

Awesome place! I got a hash with corn tortillas instead of toast. I mentioned a gluten allergy and was told everything would be prepared in a separate pan. Yummy food and safe :)

Came here for the gf pancakes. They had a buckwheat flavor but were a bit lighter than that. Great if you like buckwheat. The hash to order was very good and the coffee was as well. Very friendly staff but a bit expensive. Gluten-sensitive friendly but would be wary if celiac.
I’ve eaten the chorizo hash special many times and alerted them of a “gluten allergy”. Never had an issue.

I’ve eaten here many times and never had a bad reaction. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly towards my gluten-free inquiries. They have pretty good gluten-free pancakes which I always appreciate too!
