Enjoyed a delicious meal here and didn’t get sick, but *almost* got glutened - so order carefully! When I told the guy at the counter I was celiac, he told me to get the build-your-own-hash and gave me the choice of either russet or sweet potatoes as the base. I went with russet, and also ordered a side of GF pancakes. At the time, we were the 2nd customers of the day, so I asked the man if he could make sure it wasn’t cooked on the same surface as regular pancakes - he did, but had it been later in the day or busier, I’m not sure if they could’ve done that as easily. When my food came, I excitedly took a bite and realized that the potatoes seemed fried…I asked the man if they were, he said yes, and I asked if they had a separate fryer, and he said no. I am VERY grateful they offered to remake it with the sweet potato base, which is cooked differently in its own pan, but beware when ordering!
