When I explained my gluten restriction, as well as my other restrictions of garlic and onion, the server quickly got the manager who came to the front and kindly went through the menu with me. He gave a number of helpful recommendations for my lunch.

Update: new ownership as of December 2020 that does not understand gluten at all. Do not recommend for Celiac anymore. Sad to see our favorite place go! :( ~~~~~~

Our Celiac daughter is very happy eating here - the staff is SUPER knowledgeable about gluten and know extensively what she can safely eat. The menu itself only has minimal information, but again - the staff’s knowledge makes up for it. They will even correct her order if she picks out a sauce that’s not totally safe, to make sure she only orders safe things. We love this place so much! We go several times a month, and she has always been happy and healthy here ~~~~~

Great Pho & the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. There is gluten in this restaurant so cross contact is a possibility. I have never gotten sick from gluten eating here.
