Excellent! This woman is amazing, kind, courteous and most accommodating. She does CUSTOM cakes and catering I mean REAL food she does it all. Everything was outstanding. I really mean it just delicious. The pricing is on the expensive side but to be expected for the extremely high end ingredients that are used you can actually taste the difference. We appreciated her attention to detail and we are never disappointed. We've been customers of Alicia's since she opened in 2010. Bon Appetit

I had a very difficult time finding their location. And i tried to call the owner and they were very rude and condescending. Do not waste your time with this businnes. They do not treat their customers with kindness. They made rude assumptions about me over the phone. Then continued to text me from the number I called,over 10 times.

The Owner has Celiac so everything is carefully made. There is: No Wheat, No Gluten, No Soy, No Corn, No GMO’s, No Antibiotics, No Preservatives, everything can also be made DAIRY FREE or VEGAN. (No eggs, No dairy, No animal products)

Quality: over the top All Organic ingredients

Quantity: Gluten Free Baked Goods don’t rise the same way as non gluten free stuff .. so products are somewhat smaller in size which is to be expected.

Owner has Celiac. A must try!!! Delicious Crumb Cakes modeled after B& W in Hackensack (better) Cannoli’s better than Rispoli’s!! Empanadas, PIZZA, Calzones, Wontons, Lasagna, Knishes, Potato Latkes, Breads, Rolls, Cookies, Muffins, Cinnamon Rolls, Brownies, Black & White Cookies, WONTONS, Crab Rangoon, Lasagna, Boston Cream Donuts, Linzer Tarts... The owner has celiac and was really kind and thoughtful. I’m dealing with some extra food sensitivities right now, and she made me a pizza to order (no garlic - hard to find eating out!) and nonstandard cupcake/frosting combinations to avoid chocolate. Pizza crust texture was very nice, chewy. All tasty and very safe! No menu online/limited hours, easiest thing to do is just call.

Amazing! This woman is so kind and completely careful with all of her baked goods. She also has paleo and vegan options. Crumb cake is my favorite!

I was skeptical, Nowadays everyone is gluten free. I'm older and I thought this was a "fad" diet. I didn't understand the disease aspect.

Her stuff doesn't taste odd or icky. It tastes just like regular ole food you'll never know there is no gluten ( I'm not sensitive to gluten ) ( I don't even know what gluten is.) Lol!!

But her stuff is incredible, edible and delicious!!
