I’ve been here a few times and have had no issues with the food nor the service. Delicious food and kind folks behind the counter! I typically order the number 5. The GF bread is dang good, and they have a designated part of the kitchen where they construct GF sandwiches. But there is a possibility for cross contamination of course because of the shared kitchen. They’re also open late! It’s nice to have a late night option.

This sandwich was so beautiful. Truly stunning. The bread was GOOD gluten free bread (like a baguette not just half assed Udi’s bun but REAL bread). The best gluten free sandwich I’ve had this year FOR SURE. Sandwich fillings were delicious. I got the #3 which has salami, mortadella, & provolone. Also they use kale that is well massaged/dressed and holds up much better than lettuce. Excellent sandwich.

I ordered the #5 and it was very tasty! It did take substantially longer so not a great option if you’re in a hurry. I did not specifically ask if the sauces on the sandwich were safe but I’ve been GF for over 10 years and have never found gluten in mayo or aioli. I was a little worried they might be rude after reading of another reviewer’s experience, but we did not encounter that thankfully.

I went in late Saturday night. Gentleman with dark hair and glasses who claimed to be the manager (but not the owner) was incredibly rude. I’d had a similar interaction months ago with the same manager the previous time I tried to order but decided to give the place another go. The manager repeatedly told me that he did not know which options were gluten free and asked me to let him know when I made up my mind of what to order and tried to brush me aside. I tried to explain to him him what celiac disease is and that gluten can be hidden in various ingredients where one wouldn’t expect so that I could not possibly know if his various sauces were gluten free. He was incredibly impatient and made absolutely no effort to explain what was in the different sauces or even attempt to look at the ingredient list. He additionally warned that that they “work with flour.” He was utterly dismissive and unaccommodating. Another staff member tried to help but was completely overshadowed. I ended up leaving without ordering rather than patronizing a place where the manager was so disrespectful and risking being glutened. For a place that advertises to gluten free customers and ostensibly that has a dedicated prep station, this experience was incredibly disappointing. I would stay away.

Fantastic sandwiches. They warn you that the gluten free ones take slightly longer, but I've never had to wait very long.
