Called and asked ahead about gluten free options and they didn't even know what gluten was. They suggested certain dishes made without flour would be OK but I wasn't entirely sure. We ate there anyway, which was a mistake. It's a buffet so the food should come immediately but we sat there waiting for 20 some minutes for no obvious reason. People who came in after us got their food first.

I asked our waiter (who also said he didn't know what gluten was) to check which food items were gluten free, he never did. For that matter he never brought us food, he went on break and another waiter gave us service after we got up and asked how much longer the wait was as we would be heading elsewhere if the food wasn't coming soon. Of course the new waiter didn't know any of the requests, or that I had requested ham from the kitchen (one of the few things you can get on request). When food finally showed up they brought out tiny plates for 7 people to share! Had to wait for more for several dishes. For $24 for lunch, it's not worth it.

Staff was very accommodating. Cooked a grilled chicken breast, roasted veggies and made a fruit salad.

Not all staff are knowledgeable about gluten but are willing to ask each other and go check in kitchen. Lunch/supper items that are gluten free are ham(must request), green beans, Lima beans, & sweet potato soufflé. Some other menu items may vary. Breakfast items are eggs, bacon, potatoes, & fruit. They claim their sausage is gluten free but was hesitant to test it. They insist their grits contain gluten?!? They did only charge me for a child’s meal because of so few options available gluten free. Overall good experience and just use your common sense as to what you think is gluten free. I hold myself to Celiac Standards and I have eaten there twice in the last 24 hours without any issues.
