This is the best GF crust IF you don’t have celiac. It is made on a shared surface in the oven and with shared toppings. I didn’t realize this when I ate it and I got sick. It was a delicious pizza though.

I’m going to make a bold statement and I stand by it and dream about it nightly: BEST GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA ANYWHERE. I’ve been consuming crust sans gluten for years and after eating those that range from burnt crackers to spongy cauliflower cakes, this pie totally transcends a topping delivery mechanism. It’s chewy, airy, and crispy - all the things you want in a wood-fired crust in the classic Italian style. In fact, my foodie friend couldn’t tell the difference and I was totally blown away after choking down so many that, well, blow. Besides the stellar dough base, the toppings are duper fresh and the combinations on the menu have a nice variety. The house-made sausage is top-notch, and our salad was fresh with tasty crispy pancetta. Besides cramming my pie-hole with the holy grail of GF pizza, this place has a great airy atmosphere, solid service, and awesome wine specials. I can’t move to Chicago, so I’m wondering if this chef can come school the pizza joints in Cincinnati.
Great place!! The gluten free pizza is delicious and they have several other gluten free options. I'm not celiac so I can't give a review based on whether it is celiac friendly but definitely worth a visit if in Old Town Chicago.
Delicious food. Very knowledgeable for gluten free. Explained the GF pizza is cooked in same wood fires kiln as regular pizzas. I chose to be very careful and get the GF pasta. Others got the GF pizza and did not get sick. Lots of appetizers were GF. And desserts! Good food and excellent service. Our table of 6 were all happy. We will return.
