I had heard about this place (the London location) from multiple friends raving about it and was so happy to find it was just across the square from our hotel. They were greet about outdoor seating (COVID is STILL happening), and an all GF menu, including many vegetarian and even vegan GF options. I pointed out I was celiac and they said they’d be extra cautious. My friend and I shared the paneer tikka (solid), the potatoes (amazing) and the broccoli salad (to die for, surprisingly!). Plus they have mocktails; I had the passion fruit sharbert. What an amazing and delicious experience and no issues at all with glutening.

I had a very poor experience here, to the point I’ve written a complaint. I was attending a work event and the manager came over saying there was nothing they could do for me on the set menu. I asked what could they do, I was give attitude like I was just being pain. She said an omelette. I said that was fine. Mines came last so had to eat when everyone was done, and what I got was egg/cheese omelette and paid £15 for that. It wasn’t the best, edible. I won’t be back, poor food and terrible service.

On arrival I let the host know I am coeliac, they said no problem and gave me a ‘gluten free’ menu. When I was seated the server asked if I was gluten free by choice or coeliac, they then told me the gluten free menu wasn’t suitable for me and handed the allergen bible instead. I think there was a choice of two options, chicken or lamb (no sauce), plain veg and plain rice which didn’t list gluten as an allergen. I was gutted as I’d been so looking forward to it, my friends rave about this place. Ultimately I had an excellent (but rather plain and very restricted) meal but it was torture watching my mates have all the starters and curries I’d been looking forward to trying.

Great choice of gf food. Separate gf menu. Staff very knowledgeable. They did say they can’t 100% guarantee any cross contamination but this seems to be becoming the norm in restaurants nowadays. No ill effects and believe me I am super sensitive

Delicious family dinner. Very knowledgeable server. They inquired about allergies upon checking in. Then my server clarified if I'm GF by choice or necessity. When I told him necessity, he then asked if I'm ok with cross contact. When I said no, he directed me to their online menu (the paper GF menu includes items with the possibility of cross contact). The items with no cross contact were considerably fewer than the other menus, but I had no trouble finding something I wanted. I ended up with the paneer and the masala shrimp and basmati rice. All were delicious! I had wanted dessert and ordered it but the waiter cautioned that the dessert prep area is right by the bread. I appreciated how careful both the waiter and the kitchen were. It made for a wonderful night out.

I’m gluten free and dairy free. We went for dinner on a Saturday - waited 1.5 hours to get a table. Overall, food was good. Quite spicy for me (admittedly I’m a wimp with spice) and there was no “level” you could pick for spice. They seem to take allergies really seriously, which I SUPER appreciated. So far, I seem fine and everything for me was tagged with an allergy pick.
