Husband is celiac, severe reaction when cross-contaminated. Do-B’s was AMAZING!! Literally ate here 4 times in 3 days. Staff is very knowledgeable about safety. Burgers are GREAT w gf buns & French fries. Yep, you heard that right. Separate fryer for French fries only. Eating here 4 times my husband did not get glutened or cross-contaminated ONCE!!!! Only downside was that it was a longer wait for food - but a pro disc golf tournament was in town, and it was a weekend. The wait times just show you how good Do-B’s is. 1000 ⭐s

The ladies who work here were LOVELY!! Answered all my questions before I even asked them. Small town charm for sure, they did just change their system so the gluten free items aren’t as easy to find, but they DO have it! Will be back

Amazing find for my college kiddo with Celiac! Designated fryer, several GF desserts to choose from. GF buns loaves, and even GF chicken stripes an fried fish. The food really is tasty, fresh and great choices available. Friendly & knowledgeable staff! So happy it’s here.

Several good gluten-free options. Served my burger chopped up on a bed of lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Made me some fries in a separate fryer. I didn’t have time to try the deserts but looks like some great gluten free options there too.

This little place was a find along our trip route. Lots of gluten-free options we don’t normally get like po’ boy and cheese steak sandwiches, chicken strips, sweet potato fries, and desserts. They have gf buns, baguettes, and sandwich bread as well as steamed rice and greens to serve as the base for their food. We didn’t see anything in the menu about gf dessert but they do have some including a cheese cake and fudge cake. The gf peanut butter “moon pie” cookie was amazing (and pleasantly not like a moon pie). Great staff that was well educated on gf and really care about preparing your food well. We thought the atmosphere was casual and quaint. It has a nice covered patio complete with fairy garden. Note: it is not a fast food place despite the look. It did take about 20 minutes to get our food. You can order ahead and pick up if in hurry. They do stop taking orders at least 15 minutes before they close. The menu says they served breakfast too. Highly Recommend!! We will be back!

The Creole Burger & sweet potato fries were pretty good! They’re super knowledgeable and even have a separate fryer for their fries. I was skeptical because the bun was honestly the best gf bun I’ve ever had. Totally recommend if you’re ever in the area.

Amazingly good! So many gluten free choices. The only negative is the cook called us out after we ordered and was yelling that our food needed to be gluten free because of an allergy (my daughter) and celiac (myself)- a little embarrassing with a full restaurant.

I was recently diagnosed with Celiacs. Me and my husband were in town from Kansas City. My husband had found that Do-B’s Was listed on this find me gluten free app. As soon as we got inside the restaurant I explained that I have celiacs to the guy at the register and he was very knowledgeable and helpful navigating the large menu. Fortunately pretty much every thing on the menu was celiac friendly and not just a few items. I had the Poboy sandwich and French fries with some SweetBaby Rays barbecue sauce to dip my fries in. In the kitchen I noticed they have separate fryers for the gluten free fries. They keep the gluten free buns separately. They also were changing their gloves frequently when handling the buns. If you are diagnosed celiac or just gluten sensitive you definitely what to visit this place. We definitely will be back when we visit Emporia.

Server asked if our gluten free request was due to an allergy or just a preference. Ordered a burger on a gluten free bun with sweet potato fries (cooked in a dedicated fryer). Delicious and very fresh ingredients. When asked about gluten free options, the server said most items could be made gluten free. Just passing through on an extended road trip but would have eating here again if we were in town for a longer stay.

We absolutely LOVE Do B’s!! Not only do they go above and beyond in their efforts to be Celiac safe, and the food is always so delicious, but they are also incredibly nice too! Terry, who was one one the nicest people ever, even gave our son a fresh baked gluten free cookie, and said she baked one too many and asked if he could help her with the extra ;-) He was so excited about it!! We eat here every time we come through Emporia! Wish we had a Do B’s in the KC area!!!!!! Additionally, the family who owns this restaurant is so incredibly kind. We’ve gotten to know them over the past 5 years since our son’s diagnosis (and since our family went gluten free) and they are amazing every time we come through town and eat here. We literally plan our travel around having lunch or dinner here 😊

I have to shout out my love for this place! We were on our way from KC to Hutchinson and stopped here for dinner. I found it on the Find Me Gluten Free app. I have Celiac and ordered a BCB. It was ridiculously delicious and I didn't get sick!! 🙌 The man taking my order told me they are trained well, change their gloves, have a separate fryer for fries, and a button on the computer for Celiac. We were asked by several people if everything was OK, and if we had everything that we needed. This is a funky, family-owned, amazingly delicious find in Emporia and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone! My husband (who is not gluten free) said it was the best burger he'd ever had. We decided we have to stop here on our way back home!

I was so thrilled with this place. They were knowledgeable about celiac, knew exactly what they could make safe for me (basically the entire menu- no joke) and have a dedicated fryer. My food was legit the best gf fare I've had at a restaurant in a very long. I WILL be back.

One of the very best dining experiences I have had since my diagnosis! Staff is very knowledgeable and kind about Celiac and gluten free. There were so many choices and dedicated fryers! They asked me if I was Celiac and said they have a special button on the register that alerts the crew. I had a burnt ends philly cheese steak on a bun that didn’t crumble apart. I will absolutely be back when we are driving back and forth from Wichita to Kansas City!

I wouldn’t have expected such a GF friendly place with the word “barn” in the title, but this place was excellent. The order taker went through all of my options and answered all of my questions before I even asked them (yes to a dedicated-fryer, by the way!) The food was excellent and really high quality. I used a Nima sensor and the test came back “no gluten detected.”

He also mentioned they no longer use Udis bread, instead they use Rotellas certified GF hamburger buns and another food service brand for the sandwiches (already forgot the name). In any case it was good bread.

Had a great experience here. I have a 6 yr old with celiac and presumed it would be hard to find safe food at a rerestaurant in this area. Instead found this gem. Dedicated fryer for GF food. My daughters had GF nuggets that were so good I went back up to double check they were safe! We didnt have them but they indicated they have GF buns, or could do sandwich fixings on a salad or rice.

Wow! Braum's on the highway just lost my business. I am now driving the 2 blocks off the road to Do B's. I had French fries people! They have a dedicated fryer. And you can order anything off their menu and they will make it gluten free! Yum!

These folks are PASSIONATE about serving GF!! Just off the 35 freeway, so a great place to stop on a road trip. Took awhile to make the order but it was a treat to have burger and fries without worry. Btw, they even had peanut butter cheesecake....

Although it was difficult to see by the menu what was gluten free, the staff was great and walked me through it.

Excellent service...very cautious regarding gluten free meals. Dedicated gluten free fryer...the wings and fries were the best. Highly recommend!!

Delicious! They use Udi buns and I had a po boy and sweet potato fries. The owner came out to talk to us and tell us their procedures to avoid cross contamination. Dedicated fryer for fries. They even have a gf dessert option (not dairy free). The inside atmosphere is adorable and welcoming. They are closed on Sunday's (but they are still awesome).

Yum! We were driving to Wichita from Minnesota and needed food desperately. I found this on my app, and so happy I did! They are very aware of cross contamination. I had a Philly cheese steak and cheese fries. They said they have people from a celiac convention stop by every year.
