TLDR; Got glutened - Service was great. Food was good. We ordered the kale and artichoke dip after lovely waitress confirmed with the kitchen that the dip was gluten free and then confirmed again that the chips were made in their own fryer and it would be safe for me to eat. When it was time to order entrees I asked about the jalapeño potatoes and she wasn’t sure so went to go ask her manager who then hurried over to the table to inform us that the dip did have gluten in it. Unfortunately got sick from the meal.

Server was very knowledgeable, said they could make anything gluten free. Dedicated gluten free fryer! I had the wedge burger on a gf bun and the buffalo potatoes. Bun was 8/10, good taste and only fell apart a little bit.

All fries are in dedicated fryers and all sauces and dressings are gluten free. Service was great. Server double checked everything to confirm it was gluten free. I had a cheeseburger and fries as well as the pulled pork nachos. I did not have the bun.

They have a lot of options but I definitely had cross contamination going on, maybe not the best option for sensitive celiacs

Charlie was a great server! He explained that almost anything except a handful of items could be made gluten and dairy free. He assured me that the kitchen takes extra precautions. My meal was brought out completely separate. I had the wedge burger--no cheese or sauce--with bacon and an egg on a gluten free bun with fires(dedicated fryer). Meal was delicious!

Server informed me all sides are gluten-free. There’s gluten free buns for burgers. There are other gluten-free options, but no gluten-free menu. My bun had a lot of moisture from the veggies so it was falling apart. The restaurant is nice! 1 hour later and I feel fine(not glutened)!

My husband has celiac disease and when I asked at the host stand if they had a gluten free menu (they don't) a delightful young woman who I presumed to be a manager immediately swooped in and assured us that they could make nearly anything gluten free upon request. My husband had a Thai bowl and I had the Green Burger...both were delicious! This restaurant is very well run. I had a clear view of the kitchen and could see that same manager flitting about checking on all the things...she was even wiping down the rims of the plates that were ready for the servers to pick up to make sure the presentation was first rate! Lunch at Doc Bs was the best dining experience we had in our weeklong trip to Miami and Key West. Highly recommended!

They do not have a gf menu but can make all but a handful of items gf. The server was very knowledgeable and was clear how serious they take their gf food preparation. They have dedicated fryers. Our whole family loved our food and will definitely add it to our celiac safe restaurant rotation!
