They have a lot of options but I definitely had cross contamination going on, maybe not the best option for sensitive celiacs

This place was great! Staff is super knowledgeable about what they can and can’t make for you. No separate menu but so many options are available for those with celiac or GF needs. The chimichurri wings were so tasty! Fries crisp and yummy.
Ordered the Kabobs for my meal.
This is a gem when you are here in Tampa and looking for good yummy food.

Wow this is a very nice find. We were in the The Bay Street section of the mall is Doc B's and it is very very good. At first we were a little bit reluctant but they have a dedicated fryer, excellent other gluten free options and the only thing you can't have is the fried chicken which is fried in a separate fryer. We had other people with us they had an excellent chicken sandwich the kebabs were just out of this world. French fries were very good and so was the chicken paillard ...But the winner of the bunch was the chimichurri chicken wings, oh my gosh they were just outstanding. Nice outdoor dining, looks like a great bar I'm a service( Laura) was outstanding

The GF options are not listed on the menu but the servers can talk you through the options. Our server was new but got all the answers we needed. Separate GF fryer! Food was delicious!

Good was good. Got a simple hamburger and fries. The waitress seemed very aware of celiac disease. I am a celiac and frequently get I’ll. I did not here.

The food was great and they do reportedly have a designated frier for fries, but I’m almost certain I got glutened here. I had the all-green burger w gf bun. The waiter seemed a little blasé about my requests, so not sure how careful they were.

Restaurant is a farm to table style and everything was made fresh. Sam was our waitress and was very helpful! A majority of menu items can be made Gluten Free! I had the chicken wings and French fries (dedicated fryer). I am celiac and had no problems! Great place to eat

I got the All Green Burger and it was so good. Plus the fries are in a separate fryer! My waitress was fairly knowledgable and what she didn’t know she would run back to the kitchen and double check for me.

We are a family of celiacs and had a fantastic dinner experience here. Almost anything on the menu is gluten free, there is a dedicated fryer, the staff was extremely knowledgeable of celiac/gluten free needs, and none of us got sick. We got a steak with broccoli, burger on gf buns, fries(white and sweet potato), and a tai shrimp bowl. Everything was delicious. We will be eating here again.

I was very skeptical eating at a bar at the very busy Intl Plaza. However, I learned that Doc B's is your best bet in the plaza/mall area. I had wings (!), which they baked separately. I still wouldn't advise that celiacs eat anything fried because of CC, but the manager was knowledgeable about gluten and CC.
Great fresh food, available from Uber Eats also. Great service, nice outdoor space.
Charlie was a great server! He explained that almost anything except a handful of items could be made gluten and dairy free. He assured me that the kitchen takes extra precautions. My meal was brought out completely separate. I had the wedge burger--no cheese or sauce--with bacon and an egg on a gluten free bun with fires(dedicated fryer). Meal was delicious!

TLDR; Got glutened - Service was great. Food was good. We ordered the kale and artichoke dip after lovely waitress confirmed with the kitchen that the dip was gluten free and then confirmed again that the chips were made in their own fryer and it would be safe for me to eat. When it was time to order entrees I asked about the jalapeño potatoes and she wasn’t sure so went to go ask her manager who then hurried over to the table to inform us that the dip did have gluten in it. Unfortunately got sick from the meal.

Server informed me all sides are gluten-free. There’s gluten free buns for burgers. There are other gluten-free options, but no gluten-free menu. My bun had a lot of moisture from the veggies so it was falling apart. The restaurant is nice! 1 hour later and I feel fine(not glutened)!

My husband has celiac disease and when I asked at the host stand if they had a gluten free menu (they don't) a delightful young woman who I presumed to be a manager immediately swooped in and assured us that they could make nearly anything gluten free upon request. My husband had a Thai bowl and I had the Green Burger...both were delicious! This restaurant is very well run. I had a clear view of the kitchen and could see that same manager flitting about checking on all the things...she was even wiping down the rims of the plates that were ready for the servers to pick up to make sure the presentation was first rate! Lunch at Doc Bs was the best dining experience we had in our weeklong trip to Miami and Key West. Highly recommended!

Server was very knowledgeable, said they could make anything gluten free. Dedicated gluten free fryer! I had the wedge burger on a gf bun and the buffalo potatoes. Bun was 8/10, good taste and only fell apart a little bit.
