This restaurant has very knowledgeable servers and are very well-intentioned. The food I ordered all tested positive for gluten with my Nima sensor, though. If you’re not super sensitive (like me), could be worth a conversation with the staff.

I went here for lunch and the food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to ensure there was no cross contamination. They even had gf soy sauce. I had three different sushi rolls recommended by the staff and accommodations were made to ensure there was no cc.

Highly sensitive Celiac here. Domo was fantastic, waiter was knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of. Plenty of options on the menu can be made gluten free. I hadr the Mongolian Beef along with Philly Roll and 911 roll. They also have tamari uppn request
Fried rice is also available gluten free among many other options.
I highly recommend eating here it was safe and very good.

I am celiac and have been going to Domo since the first day they opened. Through the years employees have come and gone.. however, the main kitchen staff and working owners have always been there, and they are extremely knowledgeable about gluten and celiac. I have only gotten sick once when I tried a new sashimi I’d not had before…even the staff was surprised. The albacore tuna sashimi comes seasoned (pre-packaged to the restaurant)with something that contains gluten.. I will always ask for a substitution if that item is included in my order. The sushi and sashimi are outstanding.. The staff is helpful and I recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly..

I ordered a gluten free dish and explained to the waiter I needed to be sure my food would not touch anything with gluten. He immediately said there would not be any cross contamination, offered me gluten free soy sauce and knew not to offer me miso soup. I felt comfortable that he had some knowledge regarding Celiac.
Yes
No gluten free menu or gf markers on the menu. The waiter didn’t seem to have any knowledge about gf preparation and I’m pretty sure he didn’t inform the cooks that I had a dietary restriction when I asked him to. All of our food (3 people) came out on one plate, with non gf items touching my food.

I ordered to go. Staff was pretty informed about gluten free options. I ordered the lion king roll with real crab. They were able to tell me what sauces I couldn’t have that usually are on that roll and removed them. They also gave me some gluten free soy sauce!
I called ahead to quiz them and they were very clear that they take every precaution to ensure that cross contamination is kept to a minimum. They offer gluten free soy sauce, which also extends to their fried rice. Very good quality sushi. I have to say, it’s nice to have a place to go to eat sushi safely after my last mishap at a sushi place. Of course, as you all know, be clear when you are there that your food allergies are taken seriously.
