I am celiac and was able to eat here safely but had to be careful. Most of the meats are GF and the server was able to tell us what we could and could not eat. I believe most if not all of the BBQ sauces were GF (ask your server to be sure). If you stick to meat and veggies you should be fine. No dedicated fryer. Food was phenomenal.
