They have gluten free pizza crust and pasta. Both are delicious! The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and they took my order very seriously. Highly recommend!

The menu does not specify which items are GF but the wait staff is knowledgeable. There are not an extensive number of options but I enjoyed everything I have had.
Update: I had a new waiter that assured me I could eat pizza (baked in the stone oven but in its own pan) and they also have pasta options because his relative has celiac so he discussed with the chef. I tried the pizza. The crust was crisp and the sauce, cheese, toppings were good but I did not like the taste of the crust. No reaction however, so it was gluten free!

I found this place on trip advisor but it needs to be on here. They are a scratch kitchen so they basically said anything on the menu can be gluten free. The staff was knowledgeable and needed to be since I am also dairy free. They have gluten free pasta and pizza crust. The pasta is penne. I decided on the braised short rib pasta. They substituted any (dairy) sauce with red sauce. It was very good. I felt very confident. I will definitely be back to try a different pasta! No gluten free menu but staff had knowledgeable of ingredients on every menu item. They have gluten free desserts. I didn’t ask what they were because nothing was dairy free!

My husband and I were guests at the resort and had 4 dining experiences. Breakfast menu is clearly marked with gluten free options. Our morning servers were helpful and provided information on food prep. Caution: house potatoes are prepared in a shared fryer even though the menu. states they are gf. We asked about making gf French toast with soy milk and the chef declined. Bummer! Dinner was decent. They have gluten free pastas and pizza crust. We did not receive 4 star service although the resort has the esteemed AAA 4 diamond designation. I was nearly sabotaged at lunch when my server brought me a pizza with meatballs on it. I had previously explained that I have an allergy to nuts, gluten and dairy and asked specifically if the meatballs were GF. At first I was told “yes” when the food took nearly 30 minutes to come out I asked again and unfortunately was informed that the meatballs did in fact have breading. I was never apologized to, a manager never came out and checked on me and the server did not have any concern for the inconvenience or the near tragedy of feeding me something I am allergic to. My guess is that attention to food allergies and accommodating them is a draw of luck.
