My husband and I were guests at the resort and had 4 dining experiences. Breakfast menu is clearly marked with gluten free options. Our morning servers were helpful and provided information on food prep. Caution: house potatoes are prepared in a shared fryer even though the menu. states they are gf. We asked about making gf French toast with soy milk and the chef declined. Bummer! Dinner was decent. They have gluten free pastas and pizza crust. We did not receive 4 star service although the resort has the esteemed AAA 4 diamond designation. I was nearly sabotaged at lunch when my server brought me a pizza with meatballs on it. I had previously explained that I have an allergy to nuts, gluten and dairy and asked specifically if the meatballs were GF. At first I was told “yes” when the food took nearly 30 minutes to come out I asked again and unfortunately was informed that the meatballs did in fact have breading. I was never apologized to, a manager never came out and checked on me and the server did not have any concern for the inconvenience or the near tragedy of feeding me something I am allergic to. My guess is that attention to food allergies and accommodating them is a draw of luck.
