When you tell a place you have Celiacs and they say “no problem,” you know you’re in good hands. The staff was so thoughtful and careful and the food was absolutely declined. While they can’t guarantee zero cross-contamination, they were careful to clean surfaces and use dedicated cookware. I had the duck and waffle and it was one of the best things I’ve ever had-not just gluten free.
