Was excited about this. Big disappointment. Everything labeled GF contains GLUTEN SOY SAUCE! It’s a shame they know nothing and label things GF

Turns out that they take no precautions to avoid cross-contact. Their GF noodles are prepared in the same hot water bath as all other noodles so their is no chance of actually having true GF noodles without cross-contact here.

I came here because I saw it was celiac friendly. Well it is not. I'm travel with 10 students, and it was a chore to get here, no parking, all of this and I don't get to eat.

This place was tricky. Be aware, most items even those marked GF are not celiac safe. They use a shared frier and all meats are marinated in soy sauce. The only safe option they were able to offer was the Vegan ramen bowl with tofu (even though I am not vegan). The broth and everything is gluten free. (The manager came out to speak to me specifically) However, please note that they prepare all noodles in the same water. I am extremely sensitive so they explained that they have an industrial self-cleaning machine where they cook the noodles. I felt very comfortable with it since it was self-cleaning and industrial grade, however, I asked that my GF noodles be boiled alone, after a cleaning cycle and without any gluten containing noodles at the same time. They happily obliged. I did not get sick!

A great place for Ramen. Seems genuinely Japanese. The server was helpful with GF options.
