I had the Gyros with a gluten-free Wrap and the Thai Tacos with Gluten-free Wraps aswell Everything tasted so fresh and delicious that i will definitely eat there again. Nearly everything from their menu can be made gluten free.

The menu is clearly marked with what is gluten free, can be made gluten free, or is in a shared fryer. The portion sizes are large and the food is amazing. We ate here twice and had no issues either time. So good! This will be a must visit on future trips to Maui.

Items on menu marked as GF, GFO or if GF but fried in same frier. Worker said the kitchen is a shared space and tried to avoid cross contact for celiacs but can't guarantee. I had the teriyaki bowl and was informed the soy sauce used was GF. I also had the creme brulee which was delicious! No issues eating there as someone with celiac and menu was clearly marked.

We had the “pulled pork” fries with vegan chicken which were bomb. Menu is clearly labeled with gf, gfo, gfo but fried with non-gf fryer. Probably not celiac safe but great if you’re not super sensitive. Would eat again!

Ordered the cheese quesadilla (gluten free option) for my daughter (6). They were out of the large gluten free tortillas, but offered to make it on a few small corn tortillas (taco size). They gave her 3 mini quesadillas in her order. She devoured them all, and had no idea that they were vegan! Their menu is clearly marked with what is gluten free, what has a gluten free option and what is gluten free but made in a shared fryer.

This is a food truck and I was shocked at how delicious the food was!! All food is vegan, which I don’t usually eat much of, but thought I’d give it a try. The first time I ate there I had a Buddha Bowl and went back to ask for more of the peanut sauce because it was so good. The second time I had the vegan chicken pad Thai tacos. The flavor was amazing!! My kiddos had the vegan chicken nuggets (not gf) with fries each time I ate at the food truck and they really enjoyed them - they didn’t even know they were vegan! Service was great - very friendly!

I was excited to see this truck in the Safeway parking lot, as there’s a big Gluten-free sign on the truck. The menu has many gluten-free options. However, when I ordered and told the worker that I had celiac disease, he said that there was likely cross-contamination and “everything touches everything.” I cancelled my order at that point. It’s probably fine if you’re gluten-sensitive, but likely not if you have celiac disease or are very sensitive.
