NOT celiac safe at all. Their gluten free menu seems more like a diet fad, and while they were proud they have gluten free crust, only those who make a choice to eat gluten free should dine here. If you have celiac, do not even walk in here. There’s flour everywhere! The kitchen is open concept and the cooks are tossing flour, it’s in the air, on their clothes, the wait staff had flour over them. We had to leave. Our waitress was very kind but told us it wouldn’t be safe for our kiddo. Just assumed based on their menu there might be options. The gf pizza is prepared on the same counters and cooked in same oven- there are no precautions.

I loved this place prior to my diagnosis. They have delicious GF items, HOWEVER, the waitress straight up told me not to eat there. She said that there is no way that the food isn’t CC due to flour in air while making pizzas. She said flour is everywhere in the kitchen. I almost cried because I wanted those chickpea balls so badly. If you aren’t celiac and not super sensitive definitely give this place a try. I’m only giving it one star because I don’t want anyone to think it’s safe to eat here.

Pizza was really yummy. Made of polenta, very interesting taste, great texture. Waitress was super knowledgeable and helpful.
