This was the best food experience I’ve ever had. I had the chef’s tasting menu. Everything was phenomenal. I am mind blown by the flavors and textures. The chef’s menus was able to be made celiac safe with minor and delicious substitutions that didn’t skimp on flavor. If you don’t get the tasting menu make sure you get the green tartar. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free vs celiac safe.

Wonderful Gluten free tasting course meal. Even if the others are not gluten-free at the table they will make sure to bring all of your courses as gluten-free. Not sure about cross-contamination however. I am not celiac I am just gluten sensitive

Have you ever shed a silent tear because you cannot participate with everyone trying a tasting menu or no one wants to share meals with you and you can only try one dish? Cry no more. Edo’s is your place. Do not be deceived by the location and outward appearance of this restaurant. Imagine sitting down in a quint little restaurant. Tell your server you want the tasting menu and that you have Celiacs. They tell you, “Don’t worry, we deal with all types of allergies and eating preferences.” Then you receive dish after dish that both your SO and you devour. At the end, you are pleasantly full and feel amazing. Oh, want the best fry you have ever tasted? Try their Potatas Bravas. The chef got a new pan to deep fry them just for me, no cross-contamination here. Now, make your reservation, sit back, and enjoy life worry free for just a short moment.
