I’ve been successful at several Egg Harbor Cafe locations, but I’ve only been to this location once. As long as they know you have an allergy, I have had very successful results! My food typically comes out on a separate colored plate. Subtle, yet helping me know someone was paying attention. The gluten free menu is extensive. My favorite is the pancakes.

I get sick here almost 75% of the time. I always order the gf blueberry pancakes (I can’t eat eggs unless baked in something). Today was the last time I’ll ever eat here, unfortunately.

We order from them a lot. They are my local location and they are great. There are so many gf options and they are very safe with cross contact!

You all that say celiac friendly need to ask because they DO cook everything on the same grill, cross contamination is a real issue here they DO NOT have dedicated cooking spaces. I dont want to 1 star this place bc they were open and honest about the situation...but this makes wonder about the authenticity of people saying celiac friendly. If you just need GF food their menu looks awesome

The staff was courteous and immediately alerted the manager to come to my table upon hearing of my allergies. The manager seemed frazzled and impatient. He gave me a gluten free menu which actually had a lot on it...the problem I had was that I’m also dairy free...I asked him what he thought and he straight up said “That’s going to be really hard to achieve, unless you just get a plate of meat” and that’s exactly what I ended up getting the plate is called “The traditional GF breakfast with Meat” on the GF menu.

The service is great, and their gf pancakes are amazing!

I’ve come to this location for a number of years. I ordered an almond milk mocha and scrambler after alerting the server I have celiac. The server brought me a regular milk mocha and “almond milk on the side”???? And then told me they don’t make almond milk mochas. My food came with an English muffin and when I asked for it to be remade and gently alerted the server again that I was Celiac, the server brought the food to the kitchen, removed the English muffin and brought back the same plate. Horrible. Never returning to this location.

The gluten free cinnamon rolls are delicious wish you got more of them! I don't care for the pancakes though. Overall all good place. They have a gluten free menu with plenty of options.

Great GF menu options, even GF pancakes & cinnamon rolls.
Delicious!!! My Gfree daughter with celiac was thrilled with all of the choices!!! Great place!!! We will return!!! :)) :))
Had a nice GF menu. Had one of their Athens eggs which where amazing!
Great spot for breakfast. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and take celiac seriously. There was a mistake and my food came with an English muffin. The meal was quickly removed and they made me a new meal. Waiter even double checked that first meal wasn’t just “recycled”. Highly recommended

This is the second time we have been here and so far so good. I am celiac and have not had any issues. While they do not have a GF space in kitchen I have not had cross contamination issues. They have a GF cinnamon roll they get from a local bakery that is soooo good and the rest of the family really likes the other dishes. On our list of regular places.

This used to by favorite brunch place for celiac safe food, but the last time I went I got horribly glutened. My mom (also celiac) had the same reaction when she tried going again after that. I’m not sure if it was the staff or a change in protocol, but we made clear both times that we had celiac disease and they said they could accommodate. Please be cautious going here, I hope they can make it safe again!

Have been many times with my celiac family - no issues!
They have a huge GF menu, safe handling protocols, and even separate colored dishes to cue staff and diners that the food is gf. We love it here
